Easy Ham Tetrazzini

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup 4 ounces shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 10.5 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • ½ cup 2% milk
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 11/4 cup sliced green onions
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • ½ sleeve round butter crackers crushed about 1/2 cup
  • ¼ cup butter
  • dash pepper
  • 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the cheese, soup, milk, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
  2. Drain spaghetti; add to soup mixture. Spread half into a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray.Add Diced ham and top remaining spaghetti mixture. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and drizzle butter over crumbs.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 20-25 minutes until topping is golden brown
