Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups strong bread flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoon milk powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- combine all the ingredients and mix until dough is developed
- cover dough and rest for 60 minutes
- shape in desired shape
- cover and proof for about 2 hours or until it doubles in size
- bake at 210C for about 25 minutes or until golden brown
