Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cups strong bread flour
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. combine all the ingredients and mix until dough is developed
  2. cover dough and rest for 60 minutes
  3. shape in desired shape
  4. cover and proof for about 2 hours or until it doubles in size
  5. bake at 210C for about 25 minutes or until golden brown
