Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup hemp hearts We use Nutiva USA-Grown Organic Hempseed
  • 1/2 cup Sunbutter
  • 6 dates seeds removed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor on high. Process for 30 seconds or until all ingredients are combined. Roll into balls; I sometimes squeeze them together and then roll after they are together. 
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
