Easy Honey Garlic Chicken Recipe
Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken is one of our favorite winter dinner recipes. It’s loaded with juicy bone-in chicken thighs, potatoes, carrots, and green beans for the ultimate one pot meal!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 1 pound carrots
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 1 pound green beans
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped parsley optional
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, oregano, and ketchup in a small mixing bowl.
- Add the chicken thighs, baby potatoes, carrots, and onions to a slow cooker.
- Pour the sauce mixture on top. Cover the slow cooker and seal the lid.
- Cook on a low for about 3 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the green beans to the slow cooker.
- Remove the chicken and vegetables to serving plates using a slotted spoon.
- Optional: Broil the chicken thighs for about 3 minutes to brown the skin.
- Garnish with optional chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
