Ingredients

  • 24 oz frozen mixed vegetables*
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic 
  • 2 tablespoon sofrito
  • 1 can chickpeas drained**
  • 32 oz vegetable broth
  • 28 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs seasoning blend

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add ingredients to instant pot.
  2. Stir to mix.
  3. Add lid and set to seal.
  4. Cook 15 minutes at high pressure.
  5. Vent to release after cooking is complete.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
