Ingredients
- 2-3 hearts of romaine or iceberg lettuce chopped
- ½ pound salami slices chopped
- 5 oz pepperonis cut into bites
- ½ pound Provolone cheese slices chopped
- 1 cup mini mozzarella balls
- ½ cup banana pepper rings
- ½ small red onion chopped
- ½ cucumber sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- preferred Italian dressing for serving
Instructions
- Prepare romaine lettuce, meats, cheeses, and veggies to be chopped
- Into a large bowl or 4 individual serving bowls, add the romaine lettuce and top with meats, cheeses, and veggies. Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve with Italian dressing.
