Easy Leftover Salmon Lettuce Cups Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds leftover salmon
  • Teriyaki sauce to taste
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • optional sesame seeds and sriracha for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, flake the leftover salmon.
  2. Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the flaked salmon and stir to combine.
  3. Take 4 lettuce leaves and top each one with rice and the teriyaki salmon. Garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha, if you desire. Serve, and enjoy!
