Easy Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds Shrimp peeled and deveined, tails on or off, large or jumbo
- 4-6 tablespoons butter
- 3 teaspoons garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon italian herb blend dried
- 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped, or cilantro
- lemon juice of 1
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel. In a large skillet melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add garlic and dried herbs and stir for 1 minute or until garlic is golden.
- Add shrimp and cook 4-6 minutes, stirring periodically, until pink and hot throughout. Stir in parsley or cilantro, and lemon juice to taste (one tablespoons is a good place to start). Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adding crushed red pepper flakes can give the dish a pleasant and controllable spicy heat.
- Make sure to serve the shrimp immediately after cooking to maintain their tender texture.
