Easy lemon-garlic lamb chops
Easy lemon-garlic lamb chops are pan-seared chops marinated briefly in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs, then cooked over high heat until caramelized. The method emphasizes a flavorful crust while keeping the meat juicy. The herb mixture of oregano, thyme, rosemary, and chili flakes adds aromatic layers, making it suitable for a simple yet well-seasoned lamb dish.
