Ingredients

  • 600 g (21oz) salmon fillets (4x 150g/5oz fillets)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400°F/200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared pan, skin-side down, then season lightly with salt.
  3. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings in a small bowl.
  4. Pour over the salmon.
  5. Place the salmon in the oven and allow to bake for 7-10 minutes until the salmon is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve.
