Ingredients
- 600 g (21oz) salmon fillets (4x 150g/5oz fillets)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400°F/200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared pan, skin-side down, then season lightly with salt.
- Combine the olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings in a small bowl.
- Pour over the salmon.
- Place the salmon in the oven and allow to bake for 7-10 minutes until the salmon is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
