Easy Mango Milkshake (5 Minute Recipe)
The Easy Mango Milkshake blends ripe mango with chilled milk and sugar, producing a creamy, sweet drink with tropical fruit flavor. Optional cardamom adds subtle spice, while garnishes like pistachio and dried rose petals contribute texture and aroma. This shake serves well as a quick dessert or refreshing snack.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Mango peeled and chopped, or 1 cup canned pulp
- 1.5 cup milk chilled, use dairy or dairy-free based on preference
- 2 tablespoon sugar can substitute agave or honey, adjust to taste
- ice cubes optional
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder optional
Garnishes
- pistachio optional, silvered
- dried rose petals optional
- Whipped Cream optional, or ice cream
Instructions
- Wash and peel mangoes. Cut them to bite sized pieces.
- Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend them to a smooth texture.
- Pour mango milkshake in serving glasses. Optionally, garnish with silvered pistachio or dried rose petals. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor; canned pulp or frozen mangoes can be substitutes if fresh are unavailable.
- Chilling mangoes before blending results in a cooler milkshake without adding ice.
- Adding ice cubes will chill the shake further but may dilute flavor; ice cream can be added instead for creaminess, with sugar reduced accordingly.
- Dairy or non-dairy milk options such as oat or almond milk work well and can be chosen based on dietary preference.
