Ingredients

  • 2 large mangoes peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
  • ½ red onion finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice or the juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
