- 2 large mangoes peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
 - ½ red onion finely chopped
 - 1 bell pepper finely chopped
 - 1 Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
 - ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
 - 2 Tbsp lime juice or the juice of 1 lime
 - 1 tsp cumin
 - ¼ tsp salt
 
Instructions
