  • 2-6 lices Bacon regular or thick-cut

  1. Line a large microwavable plate with paper towels. Lay the bacon strips on top in a single layer without overlapping.
  2. Cover them with a double layer of paper towels.
  3. Microwave on full power for about 3-4 minutes (for two slices) until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. Use kitchen tongs to transfer the bacon strips to a serving plate.
