Easy Naan Pizza

Make pizza in 15 minutes with ready made naan bread - add your favourite sauces, cheeses, and vegetables for a personal mini pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 naan bread
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon marinara
  • 10 g spinach finely chopped
  • 4 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 8 olives sliced
  • 6 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 10 g parmesan grated
  • 30 g mozzarella balls
  • 20 g goat's cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 6 fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.
  2. Make sure your 1 Naan bread has the flat side down and brush the top with 1 teaspoon Olive oil.
  3. Spread 4 tablespoon Marinara on the naan bread.
  4. Add 10 g Spinach.
  5. Sprinkle 10 g Parmesan on the bread.
  6. Add 4 Cherry tomatoes and 6 Sun-dried tomatoes.
  7. Add 8 Olives,
  8. Sprinkle 30 g Mozzarella balls and 20 g Goat's cheese on top.
  9. Add 6 Fresh basil, 1 teaspoon Dried oregano and 1 pinch Ground black pepper. Put into the oven for 8-10 minutes.

Notes

  • You want to be generous with the toppings, but try not to load them up too much because the naan bread will be difficult to hold once sliced up and everything will fall off.
  • Brush the naan with a little oil before topping to help the edges get crispy.
  • Add some chopped up vegetables to the sauce for an added green boost.
  • Use leftover pasta sauce as the base or you could use a BBQ sauce.
  • A little drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving is a delicious addition.
