Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9''x13'' casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium sized bowl whisk together all ingredients. Pour into prepare dish.
  3. Baked for 12 minutes, remove from oven and stir. Return to oven and bake an addition 15 minutes.
  4. Fluff eggs with two forks. Serve immediately.
