Easy Peanut Sauce for Spring Rolls

This easy Thai peanut sauce for spring rolls is the best peanut dipping sauce ever! Also great on chicken, noodles, salad, and more!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chicken broth or water
  • ¼ cup creamy all natural peanut butter
  • 4 tbsps sugar
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a medium sauce pot and whisk together.
  2. Heat the pot over medium heat until the sauce begins to simmer, stirring frequently.
  3. Simmer for 5-8 minutes until reaching the desired consistency.
  4. Serve immediately or cover and keep warm.
