Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen peas and carrots
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized skillet.
- Cook over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are heated through.
- If desired, add extra salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
