Ingredients
- 3 cups raspberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add your raspberry (fresh or frozen), honey, and orange juice to a saucepan on medium heat.
- Once it has boiled, reduce heat and use a wooden spoon to mash the raspberries.
- Simmer the compote, stirring and mashing occasionally, for 10 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds. Transfer into a mason jar, letting it cool before storing it in the fridge.
