Easy Raspberry Compote

Ingredients

  • 3 cups raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add your raspberry (fresh or frozen), honey, and orange juice to a saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Once it has boiled, reduce heat and use a wooden spoon to mash the raspberries.
  3. Simmer the compote, stirring and mashing occasionally, for 10 minutes.
  4. Once done, remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds. Transfer into a mason jar, letting it cool before storing it in the fridge.
