Easy Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 2 cloves minced garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil.
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Cut about 1 inch off the bottom of the asparagus pieces.
  3. Place the asparagus in a glass dish or baking sheet.
  4. Coat asparagus with the oil, garlic and pepper and toss to coat.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
