Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil.
- salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Cut about 1 inch off the bottom of the asparagus pieces.
- Place the asparagus in a glass dish or baking sheet.
- Coat asparagus with the oil, garlic and pepper and toss to coat.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
