This roasted broccolini is crazy easy to make. All it takes is a little bit of seasoning, roasting, and voila — the perfect veggie side dish.

  • 1 lb broccolini
  • 1 tsp garlic parsley salt
  • 1 tbsp oil olive or avocado

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Assemble the broccolini on a baking sheet. Season with oil and garlic parsley salt.
  2. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until broccolini is lightly golden. Enjoy!
