Ingredients
- 2 bags of Mann’s Family Favorites Brussels Sprouts
- 1 bag of Mann’s Family Favorites Sweet Potato Cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 6 cloves garlic
- 5 trips Bacon
- handful of sliced almonds as much or as little as you'd like
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 400F.
- Cut your Brussels sprouts in half and then together with your cubed sweet potatoes and a couple cloves of garlic, coat them with olive oil on your sheet pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on top.
- Next, cut your bacon into ~2 inch strips and place them on top of your vegetables.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes before sprinkling your sliced almonds on top and roasting for another 5 minutes. Serve while warm.
