This Easy Rotisserie Buffalo Chicken Dip combines shredded rotisserie chicken with cream cheese, mozzarella, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing for a creamy, spicy appetizer. Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded or chopped also works, pulled
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese -divided
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese -softened & cubed
- 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- tortilla chips for serving
- Cracker
- celery
- baguette
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add the chicken, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, the cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to the baking dish and spread it into an even layer. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot with chips, crackers, etc.
