Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup onion (Diced into small pieces)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- Add flour mix, sausage, cheese, onion and garlic powder to a bowl. Mix well. I like to start with a spoon and then finish with my hands. Continue to mix with your hands until the ingredients are well combined.
- Form sausage mix into 1" balls and place onto a baking sheet.
- Bake, uncovered, for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
