Ingredients
- 375 g puff pastry
- 4 sausages
- 1 egg whisked
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C(fan)/350°F/Gas 4.
- Take 375 g Puff pastry and slice lengthways into 4 strips.
- Remove the meat from 4 Sausages and place them in the centre of each strip of pastry.
- Fold one side over the sausage meat and using a fork, crimp the edge all the way down.
- Slice each strip into 9 pieces.
- Put the individual sausage rolls on baking trays and brush with 1 Egg. Put in the oven for 25 minutes, until they are cooked through.
