Easy Schezwan Maggi Recipe

This easy Schezwan Maggi recipe will let you enjoy the flavour of Schezwan sauce in Maggi any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 green onions/ scallions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Schezwan Sauce
  • 2 cakes Maggi-2 minutes noodles
  • 2 cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Finely chop garlic and spring onions.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Saute' garlic followed by onions.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, Schezwan sauce, tastemakers and saute for a minute.
  4. Pour in water and let it warm slightly.
  5. Break the Maggi cakes into halves and add to the water.
  6. Cover with a lid and cook for 7-8 minutes.
  7. Simmer it for a minute.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and Voila!!

  • Adjust the amount of Schezwan sauce according to your taste.
