Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • 2 chicken breast skin on
  • Coriander handful, fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and half of the sesame seeds until well combined.
  3. Add the chicken breast to the marinade and store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook the chicken breasts for 6 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the chicken breast to plates and garnish with fresh coriander.
