Ingredients
- 1 bottle Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 10 ounces sirloin steak , thinly sliced
- 4 ounces baby corn
- 4 baby bok choy , halved
- ¼ cup carrot strips
- ½ red pepper , diced
- 4 green onion diced
- 4 ounces Snow peas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut beef into thin strips and combine in a bowl with minced garlic and ½ cup of teriyaki marinade.
- Spread beef and veggies on a prepared sheet pan.
- Pour remaining marinade on veggies.
- Bake for 10 minutes and then flip beef and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Enjoy!
