Easy Sheet Pan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs whisked
  • 1 tsp vanilla optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. 
  2. Mix in buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla (if using) to the dry ingredients.
  3. Grease or line a 13x18 inch sheet pan. Pour the batter into the pan and spread into an even layer. Add optional toppings.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
