Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 large eggs whisked
- 1 tsp vanilla optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix in buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla (if using) to the dry ingredients.
- Grease or line a 13x18 inch sheet pan. Pour the batter into the pan and spread into an even layer. Add optional toppings.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
