Ingredients

  • ½ head green lettuce chopped
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • ½ English cucumber sliced and halved
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • ½ cup olives
  • ¼ red onion sliced
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup croutons
  • 2 tablespoons dry-roasted sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
