Ingredients
- 450 g white chocolate (16oz)
- 397 g sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
- 152 g Skittles 1 bag (5.3oz)
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch tin with baking paper and set aside.
- Break up the white chocolate and add it to a double boiler along with the condensed milk.
- Place over medium-low heat and stir gently until the chocolate has melted and the mixture becomes thick and glossy.
- Remove it from the heat and gently stir in the Skittles. You can leave a few for the top if you like.
- Transfer the fudge mixture into your lined tin and spread it evenly into place. Top with remaining Skittles.
- Refrigerate the fudge for 4 hours until firm. Then remove from the tin, cut into squares and enjoy!
