  • 1 cup refrigerated coconut milk or almond milk or regular milk
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 banana peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks frozen

  1. Add all of your ingredients to the jar of a blender in the order they are listed with liquids on the bottom and frozen on top. Blend until completely smooth. Pour and serve right away.
