Ingredients
- 2 cups whole pecans
Spice Mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- ¼ teaspoon allspice
Rum Glaze
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a large skillet, lightly toast pecans over medium heat. Set aside in a medium bowl.
- Combine ingredients for the spice mix in a small bowl.
- In the same pan you toasted the pecans in, melt the rum glaze ingredients together.
- Pour rum glaze over the pecans. Toss to coat.
- Pour the spice mix over the pecans, toss until evenly coated. Let cool.
