Easy Spinach and Mushrooms Pasta (Only 5 Ingredients!)
This spinach and mushrooms pasta is as easy and delicious as it gets. This recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight meal and it only requires 5 simple ingredients!

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta any type you prefer!
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4-5 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- fresh lemon juice and wedges optional for serving
- fresh basil leaves optional for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Optional: Drizzle over lemon juice and serve with fresh lemon wedges and/or basil leaves.
