Easy Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf brings together lean ground beef, boxed stuffing mix, eggs, and water to form a moist meatloaf with seasoning already blended in. Brushed with ketchup before and after baking, it creates a flavorful crust and juicy interior, suitable for a family meal with straightforward preparation.
Ingredients
- 2 egg large
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 ounce Stove Top stuffing mix any flavor, box
- 2 pounds ground beef lean
- 1/2 cup ketchup divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13" baking pan or dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and water together until well combined.
- Add the stuffing mix, ground beef, and 1/4 cup of ketchup. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until well combined.
- Transfer the meat to the baking dish and shape the meat into a loaf.
- Brush the meatloaf evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup.
- Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes then slice and serve.
Notes
- Store sliced meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
