Easy Strawberry Banana Protein Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 scoop plain protein powder
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, protein powder, orange juice, and vanilla extract to a blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Pour the the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Add the popsicle sticks into the molds.
  3. Place in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
  4. Run water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to release the popsicles from the molds. .

Notes

  • If you don't have popsicle molds, pour popsicle fruit mix into small paper cup.  After two hours, add the popsicle stick and continue to freeze until set. 
  • Look for low sugar juice and yogurt to keep this popsicles low carb.
