A fantastic, tasty, and nutritious breakfast shake or snack that takes only minutes to make. With just over 200 calories, this strawberry, blackberry, banana smoothie has 11 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber!

Ingredients

  • 1 c Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 c blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 c Plain Yogurt, dairy or plant based
  • ½ c milk of your choice
  • Optional: 1 cup of ice cubes if using fresh fruit
  • Optional Sweetener: 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup to taste.

Notes

  • If using pre-frozen fruit, you don't need to add any ice. If using fresh fruit, you may want to add ice to make it a colder and thicker smoothie.
