A fantastic, tasty, and nutritious breakfast shake or snack that takes only minutes to make. With just over 200 calories, this strawberry, blackberry, banana smoothie has 11 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber!

Ingredients
- 1 c Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 c blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 c Plain Yogurt, dairy or plant based
- ½ c milk of your choice
- Optional: 1 cup of ice cubes if using fresh fruit
- Optional Sweetener: 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup to taste.
