- 226 g (8 oz) of full-fat cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon orange liqueur , such as Gran Gala or Grand Marnier
- 10 ml (2 teaspoons) pure vanilla extract
- 66 g (½ cup) powdered sugar or granulated sugar
- 240 ml (1cup) heavy cream
- 500 g (3 cups) fresh strawberry
- 14 g (1 tablespoon) light brown sugar or granulated sugar
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then place them in the bowl of a food processor along with 1 tablespoon of sugar and puree them. Set aside.
- Combine the cream cheese, liqueur, vanilla, and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or hand-held electric mixer. Beat on medium-high speed until creamy, about 2 minutes. Using a rubber spatula, scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Add the heavy cream and beat on low speed, then increase the speed to high, beat until thickened, about 2 minutes.

How to Make Assemble
- In 8 dessert cups, assemble the parfaits by adding a layer of cream cheese mixture to the bottom of the glass.
- Next, add a few spoonfuls of the strawberries puree on top of the cream cheese mixture and then another layer of Cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberries.
- Repeat layers until the serving glasses are full. To finish off, top the Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait with a spoonful of Cream cheese mixture. Serve right away or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Enjoy!
