Easy Strawberry Smoothie
Who doesn't love an easy strawberry smoothie recipe that literally tastes like strawberries and cream for breakfast? 🍓

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- half frozen banana
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (soy, regular or almond)
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp hemp seeds or granola for topping
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until smooth. Adjust flavor to taste.
- Serve the smoothie immediately.

Notes
- If don't use vanilla protein use a dash of maple syrup and a dash of vanilla extract to enhance the flavours of this smoothie.
- To make vegan, swap the Greek yogurt for plant-based yogurt.
- This smoothie also lends itself well too frozen blueberries! So simply swap frozen strawberries for frozen blueberries in a pinch.
- To make a smoothie bowl, add more frozen fruit to thicken. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with granola + fresh fruit.
