Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 cups PLAIN yogurt
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning or to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
- 4 roma tomatoes seeds removed and diced
- 1 small red onion diced
- 1 cup black pitted olives sliced
- 2 jalapeños sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- Optional: Corn chips for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the cream cheese, yogurt, taco seasoning and parsley until well combined and smooth. Fold in the feta cheese, taste, and season with salt and pepper, if needed.
- Spread the cheese mixture over a serving platter.
- Sprinkle with the toppings: tomatoes, red onion, olives, jalapeño, and shredded cheese.
- Serve with corn chips.
