Easy Taco Meat
This Easy Taco Meat recipe combines browned ground beef with sautéed onion, chipotle pepper, and a blend of spices simmered in beef broth and tomato paste. The result is a richly flavored, smoky taco filling that is versatile for tacos, burritos, or bowls. The use of chipotle and smoked paprika gives a subtle smoky heat that complements the ground beef well. Simmering the mixture allows the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly for a moist, well-seasoned taco meat.
