Easy Taco Salad Bites

Simple taco salad cups made with baked wontons and your favorite taco toppings! One of the best Mexican appetizers out there!

Ingredients

  • 48 wonton wrappers
  • 1 lb taco meat cooked
  • 8 oz shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 48 black olives
  • Other taco toppings as desired

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray two mini muffin tins with non-stick baking spray. Gently place one wonton wrapper inside each of the muffin tins.
  3. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until crispy.
  4. Fill with taco meat.
  5. Top with additional desired taco toppings like cheese, olives, and tomatoes.

Notes

  • Store any empty leftover wonton cups in an airtight container for up to five days.
