Ingredients

  • ½ cup Tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 small garlic clove pressed or grated
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup warm water more as needed for desired consistency

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk until combined. Add more water a tablespoon at a time if needed for desired consistency.

Notes

  • If prepared and stored properly, homemade tahini sauce should last up to 5 days in the fridge. Store in a clean airtight container in the refrigerator.
