Easy Thanksgiving Jello Salad

Ingredients

Jello
  • 2 boxes black cherry Jello 3 oz. boxes
  • 2 cups water *boiling
  • 15 oz crushed pineapple *do not drain
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling *21 oz can
Frosting
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts *chopped, optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix jello with boiling water in a 9×13 glass pan.
  2. Add in pineapple and pie filling into the jello mixture and mix in well. 
  3. Chill until set.
  4. While setting, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar together in small bowl. 
  5. Once jello is set, spread frosting on top and sprinkle nuts on top.
  6. Chill in refrigerator until serving! Enjoy!
