Easy Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coffee at room temperature
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 Butter Poundcake diced
  • chocolate syrup
  • 2 oz bittersweet chocolate for garnish

  1. Mix mascarpone cheese, vanilla and coffee together until creamy and smooth. Divide this mixture in 2
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. About 4-5 minutes
  3. Fold HALF of the mascarpone cream into the heavy the cream until combined
  4. In a glass (or cup) place a bit of the whipped cream on the bottom, add the cubes of Sara Lee poundcake, mascarpone coffee cream, hershey's syrup and whipped cream mixture
  5. Repeat the last step again with another layer
  6. Top with shaved chocolate
  7. Place in the fridge until ready to serve
  8. Enjoy!
