Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese + more to garnish
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil + more to drizzle
  • Fresh bread to serve

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and transfer into a serving platter.
  2. Shred some feta cheese on to top.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Serve with fresh bread. Enjoy!
