Easy Turkey Wrap
This Easy Turkey Wrap uses flour tortillas filled with sliced turkey, crisp romaine lettuce, tomato slices, cheddar cheese, and honey mustard sauce. The tortillas are warmed slightly for pliability, then layered and rolled tightly for a convenient handheld meal. The combination offers fresh textures and a balance of savory turkey and sharp cheese with a hint of sweetness from the honey mustard.
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas 10"
- 4 ounces turkey or leftover turkey, deli sliced
- 1 ½ cups romaine lettuce or fresh spinach, shredded
- 4 lices tomato large
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese or havarti, sliced
- ¼ cup honey mustard sauce store bought or below
Instructions
- Place tortillas on a place and cover with plastic wrap. Warm tortillas slightly in the microwave, about 20 seconds.
- Add 2 tablespoons honey mustard to each tortilla. Divide remaining ingredients over tortillas. Roll tightly.
- Refrigerate up to 24 hours or serve immediately.

- Warm tortillas briefly in the microwave to prevent cracking when rolled.
- Substitute honey mustard with a mixture of cream cheese and cranberry sauce for a flavor variation.
- Cut wraps into pinwheels for serving at parties or gatherings.
